Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MindSage, we strive to provide seamless and effective mental health support. To maintain the integrity of our services, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy. Please read it carefully before booking a session.

1. No Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • MindSage does not provide any refunds once a booking is confirmed.
  • Cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Payments made for sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their session only once if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will not be accommodated.
  • To request a reschedule, clients must contact our support team via email (contact@mindsage.in) or through the reschedule request form on our website.
  • The new appointment date and time will be subject to therapist availability.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered missed and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions or service denial.

4. Technical Issues & Emergencies

  • If a session is disrupted due to technical difficulties from MindSage’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • If a session is disrupted due to client-side technical issues, rescheduling will be at the discretion of MindSage.
  • In case of medical emergencies, users may reach out to support with valid proof, and MindSage will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

5. Force Majeure Clause

  • MindSage shall not be held responsible for session cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, power outages, internet disruptions, or therapist unavailability.
  • In such cases, affected users will be contacted with alternative solutions.

6. Refund Clause for Payment Errors

  • If a user is charged twice due to a technical issue, MindSage will process a refund for the duplicate payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Users must report such incidents via email (contact@mindsage.in) with transaction details.
  • Refunds for accidental payments will be reviewed and approved at MindSage’s discretion.

7. Processing Time for Rescheduling Requests

  • Rescheduling requests will be processed within 24-48 hours of submission.
  • Clients will receive a confirmation email once their session has been successfully rescheduled.

8. Acknowledgment at Checkout

  • By booking a session with MindSage, you agree to abide by this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Before completing a purchase, users must acknowledge and accept these terms to proceed.
