User
“Client,” “user,” “you,” “your,” or similar terms refer to any individual accessing the platform as a recipient of our products, services, and resources described herein.

Platform
“Platform” or similar terms refer to any mobile application, website, chatbot, or web-based interface provided by the Company that the User utilizes to access the Services.

Therapist or Wellness Professional
“Psychological Wellness Practitioner,” “Therapist,” “Psychological Wellness Professional,” “Counselor,” “Wellness Advisor,” “Expert,” “Consultant,” “Psychologist,” “Psychiatrist,” or similar terminology refer to certified professionals associated with MindSage who provide mental health support services.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Website Ownership
    This website, under the name and style “MindSage” (hereafter referred to as the “Website”), is developed and operated by MindSage Pvt. Ltd., with its registered office at WZ-1223, Second Floor, Nangal Raya, New Delhi – 110046.
  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using this Website and the services provided herein, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
  3. Right to Modify
    MindSage reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any provisions within these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website.
  4. Products and Services Offered
    • Therapy sessions with qualified psychologists and psychiatrists.
    • Online mental health education resources.
    • Access to curated mental health content and tools.
  5. Confidentiality
    • MindSage ensures that all therapy sessions are conducted in a confidential and secure manner. The information shared during therapy remains private and is protected under privileged communication rules.
    • All therapists affiliated with MindSage adhere to strict confidentiality policies.
    • Administrative staff handling user information are trained in maintaining confidentiality and security.
  6. User Responsibility
    • Users are responsible for providing accurate information when accessing services.
    • Misrepresentation of any information may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Limitations to Confidentiality:
  1. Imminent Threat to Safety: Information may be disclosed if there is evidence of immediate danger to self or others. Therapists are required to inform emergency contacts provided by the client and/or law enforcement to prevent harm or loss of life.
  2. Disclosure to Designated Representatives: Information may be shared with a nominated representative, if applicable and authorized by the client.
  3. Statutory Requirements: In compliance with statutory authorities like the High Court, Supreme Court, or other relevant legal boards, privileged information may be disclosed if required to assess the client’s mental health status.
  4. Coordination with Healthcare Providers: Information may be shared with psychiatrists, general practitioners (GPs), or other healthcare providers to facilitate treatment.
  5. Public Safety: Disclosures may occur if necessary to protect public safety and security.

Only relevant information will be disclosed to safeguard life or comply with legal requirements. Efforts will be made to inform the client and discuss such disclosures in advance, wherever possible.

Our confidentiality policy aligns with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 and is subject to revisions based on legislative or policy updates.

Payments:

By using the platform, users agree to pay all applicable charges for the services provided. Please note the following:

  • No Refund Policy: Payments made for therapy sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled once in the event of an emergency, provided the user informs MindSage at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to therapist availability.
