Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MindSage, we provide digital, virtual, and consultation-based mental health services. Since our services are entirely online, there is no physical shipping or delivery of products. This policy outlines how our digital services are provided and accessed by our users.

Service Delivery

All MindSage services, including therapy and consultation sessions, are delivered digitally through various virtual communication channels. The delivery method depends on the type of session selected by the user at the time of booking. The details are as follows:

  1. Chat-Based Therapy
    • Chat-based therapy is conducted via WhatsApp or other secure messaging platforms.
    • Users must be available on the chosen chat platform at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to ensure a smooth start.
    • The therapist will initiate the conversation at the agreed-upon time, and the session will proceed accordingly.
  2. Audio & Video Therapy Sessions
    • Sessions are conducted over secure video or audio conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or any other agreed-upon platform.
    • Users will receive a confirmation email or message with the session details, including the meeting link.
    • Users should join the session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure technical readiness.
  3. Psychiatric Consultations
    • Consultations are delivered via video or audio calls, based on the user’s preference.
    • Users will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare for the session in advance.
    • If a prescription is needed, it will be sent digitally via email or WhatsApp.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

MindSage does not offer refunds for booked sessions. However, users may reschedule their session once under the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • The new session time will be subject to therapist availability.
  • Failure to join a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered as completed, and no reschedule will be permitted.
Delivery Confirmation

Once a session is booked and payment is confirmed, users will receive:

  • A confirmation email or message with session details.
  • A reminder notification before the session.
  • Therapist contact details and guidelines for the session.
Technical Issues & Support
  • If a user experiences technical difficulties preventing them from attending the session, they must report the issue immediately to our support team.
  • If the issue is due to MindSage’s technical systems, an alternative session may be arranged at no additional cost.
